Winchmans camp blown out

In the interest of progression, this month was to host one of many inter club training events. The aim of the “winchmans boot camp” was to begin, progress, or finish off training for its members in operating its winch. With more people qualified to run the winch the club is less succumb to the absence of any individual. As a bonus and incentive “boot camps” are usually free to flyers, i.e. the £1.75 per tow fee is waved. So if you are winch training or not you get something out of it, let’s face it its hard to winch with no one on the other end.
This time however Mother Nature demonstrates her fractious relationship with our sport and conditions appear to be blown out.
Never fear the club doesn’t suffer fools lightly and new dates have been set. 28th-29th of November for “boot camp reloaded”
